Responsibilities:

  • Continually build your knowledge about the e-commerce space, particularly as it intersects with fulfilment and delivery
  • Assist with the development and implementation of sales and marketing capabilities and projects.
  • Compile, summarize and analyze competitive, market and business intelligence
  • Coordinate and support go-to-market strategies, targeting initiatives and BD plans
  • Complete various related administrative tasks and activities as assigned
  • Work with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience
  • Market and external company research activities

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with good judgement in task prioritization
  • Ability to work independently, with attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office suite; ability to quickly learn and leverage new software. Experience with Salesforce is an asset
  • Experience or education in such things as: business communications, e-commerce, sales, business support, and other relevant areas
  • Experience working in a B2C and/or B2B environment
  • Flexibility to work both remotely and back in the office, in accordance with public health protocols
  • French or Mandarin skills an asset, but not a necessity
  • Valid driver’s license
