We’re hiring a full-time self-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Taking care of customers’ needs.
Assist customers picking up parcels.
Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
Replying email as needed.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Help customers to arrange second delivery and respond to customer’s questions
Communicate and coordinate with colleagues
Provide feedback to customer service manager
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Requirements:
Good PC skills
Fluent in English and Mandarin ( both verbal and written)
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Proactive, resourceful, responsible, independent, and assertive
Be patience and customer-oriented, be able to use positive language
