We’re hiring a full-time self-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Taking care of customers’ needs.
  • Assist customers picking up parcels.
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
  • Replying email as needed.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Help customers to arrange second delivery and respond to customer’s questions
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues
  • Provide feedback to customer service manager
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Requirements:

  • Good PC skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin ( both verbal and written)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, responsible, independent, and assertive
  • Be patience and customer-oriented, be able to use positive language
  • Team player
