Responsibilities:

  • Administer and coordinate various HR programs and initiatives, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, training, benefits administration, and employee relations
  • Support SSC to collect HR records, such as employee files
  • Assist with job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates
  • Prepare and distribute new hire paperwork, and conduct new employee orientation
  • Assist in coordinating employee training and development activities
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and programs
  • Coordinate and administer employee performance review process
  • Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures
  • Support the HR team in various HR projects and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Mandarin language skill is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR coordinator or related role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
