We’re now hiring a full-time Human Resources Assistant to join our team. This role will offer creative solutions to organizational challenges and support the implementation and support of numerous robust human resource initiatives. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and has a superb ability to manage and organize multiple priorities.


  • Process hiring-related paperwork. Maintain current knowledge of the Employment Standards Act and laws.
    Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
    Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
    Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
    Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills. Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
    Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants.


  • Experience or education in Human Resources Management, Business Communications, and other relevant areas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with good judgment in task prioritization.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to quickly learn and leverage new software.
  • Experience with CRM is an asset.
