Operations Assistance: 70%

  • Ensures tasks are accomplished in a timely fashion
  • Keeps records and purchasing office and warehouse supplies (compare quality and price on different platforms)
  • Manages office inventory, checking stocks
  • Organizes administrative documents
  • Submits and reconciles expense reports and invoices
  • Assists managers with documenting and other assigned works
  • Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports from all branches
  • Conducts market research

Management Assistance: 30%


  • Oversees daily operations of all warehouses during the shift
  • Participates in hiring/onboarding of new hires
  • Assists Operations Manager in analyzing data and statistics of customer flow and pattern
  • Provides logistical support to executive members by scheduling meetings, coordinating venues and meals, preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Ensures an outstanding employee experience and drives Employee Engagement


  • 1-2 Years experience in Administrative Assistant or Manager Assistant preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or in a related field
  • Fluent written and oral communication skills in English; Mandarin is an asset
  • Excellent PC and Microsoft skills
  • Great team player and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and the ability to prioritize work
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Problem solving, decision-making skills
