We’re hiring a full- time Customer Service Team Lead, Eastern Canada to join our team. In this role, you will be shaping the brand identity of our company and software products.

Summary of Job

Under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager, this position assists in the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service department which comprises of Branch Agents and Call Centre agents.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • French language skills would be considered an asset, although not necessary
  • Call Centre experience preferred.
  • This position requires meticulous attention to details and record keeping.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills are required.
  • Initiative to identify problems and offer solutions.
  • Experience in using CRM systems, Softphone applications, Microsoft Office is required.


  • Supervising the team of branch/call center agents.
  • Works cohesively with the West Coast Team Lead
  • Assisting with requests and directing the Call Centre to the proper department for further assistance with requests such PODs (Proof of deliveries, scheduling second deliveries, tracking down lost parcels, following up with customers with other inquiries of ETAs, etc.
  • Training and mentoring of customer service/call center agents
