Responsibilities

  • Drive and operate trucks
  • Pick up goods and materials, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed.
  • Responsible to load and unload delivery to warehouse
  • Utilizes road maps and apps

Responsibilities：

  • Receive, sort, and code invoices and supporting documents
  • Match invoices to supporting documentation such as PO and enter invoices into QBO
  • Responsible for the monthly bank accounts and credit card accounts reconciliations.
  • Perform wire and ACH payments to vendors on a daily and weekly basis
  • Record journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end
  • Assisting in maintaining all inter-company AR & AP records
  • Perform month-end close reconciliation

Requirements：

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the product owner and other Dev team members to design, develop, test, and deploy new features and functionalities using industrial best practices.

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in backend development.
  • Proficiency in designing, developing, and testing software in PHP Laravel Framework; open to using multiple languages.
  • Experience in PHP Laravel or core Java and implementing solutions that handle high availability and concurrency with low latency requirements.
  • Experience in MySQL and the ability to optimize SQL query performance.
  • Experience with Docker, with knowledge of Kubernetes as a bonus.
  • Experience in designing and developing applications in Amazon Web Services and the ability to make use of Google APIs.
  • Experience in deploying and supporting software across the entire Continuous Delivery life cycle is a plus.
  • Sound understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices and tooling, including version control, CI/CD, and configuration management tools.
  • Ability to analyze and reason about performance, security, and process interactions in complex distributed systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, both in written and oral communication.
  • The ability to understand and effectively debug both new and existing software.
  • Experience in meeting demands for high availability, low latency, and scale.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Receives returns, counts and confirms quantities, determines the condition, and completes paperwork
  • Arranges for pick-up of shipments, contacts delivery drivers, and coordinates schedule
  • Communicate effectively with the other departments in the company
  • Responds quickly to customer/client inquiries, resolves problems, and communicates service issues to supervisor
  • Encourage safe work practices in others
  • Arrange daily cycle count and follow variance
  • Weekly report update
  • Other duties as assigned to the position

Requirement:

  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • College or above, major in Logistics will be preferred
  • People service or warehouse experience referred
  • Ability to structure and implement a high level of process thinking within the area of responsibility
  • A well-defined sense of communication, including conflict resolution, and people management skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Ability to supervise and motivate a team to achieve and exceed their goals
  • Time management and organization skills
  • Good PC skills
