UniUni Logistic Inc. California AB 1305 Disclosure Statement
This disclosure is provided annually by UniUni, in compliance with Section 44475 of California Health and Safety Code established by AB 1305 (“AB 1305”) and covers UniUni’s use of voluntary carbon offsets to make certain carbon-neutral claims related to its own carbon footprint during its fiscal year 2025 (January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025). This information is subject to change without notice.
AB 1305 requires entities that purchase or use voluntary carbon offsets and make carbon-neutral or similar greenhouse gas emissions claims applicable in California to disclose certain information regarding such claims and the voluntary carbon offsets used to support them. This disclosure applies solely to claims made in connection with UniUni’s U.S. operations that are applicable in California, as required by AB 1305.
Use of Voluntary Carbon Offsets
UniUni uses voluntary carbon offsets to compensate for the greenhouse gas emissions generated from last mile delivery drivers in part of its carbon-neutral commitments. The carbon offsets used to support these claims are sourced from independently verified projects registered under recognized carbon offset programs and registries.
UniUni measures the greenhouse gas emissions from last mile delivery drivers on a monthly basis using operational data including vehicle types and their driving distances, and subsequently retires verified carbon offsets issued by an independent registry in the equivalent amount of those emissions generated.
