Primary Responsibilities
- Be part of an agile development team and participate in sprint planning and story grooming
- Test web application or mobile application to find and report defects
- Define and automate test cases
- Write the code for the automate test cases
- Conduct code reviews and improve the quality of automation code
- Contribute to decisions in the architecture and design of test frameworks
- Support the release of software
- Learn about our customers, products, systems, and tools
- Learn about test automation frameworks
Required Knowledge and Experience
- In Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in QA automation test
- Proficiency with one or two programming languages, such as Java or Python
- An aptitude for problem finding and solving
- An interest in software quality and in quality assurance and testing
- Knowledge of REST API, MySQL, and React JS
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming
- Understanding of Behavior-Driven Development is an asset
- Strong learning ability for the new technologies
- Mandarin is an asset
