We are seeking an experienced and talented Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our products’ usability and driving the overall design process. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand users’ goals and pain points through discovery and research, translating complex problems into clear solutions.
- Visualize and prototype intended solutions at various levels of fidelity, including high-level wireframes, conceptual designs, design presentations and detailed specifications.
- Work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including development, operations and marketing team across North America.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design, applying them to enhance products’usability and user experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, usability best practices, and current design trends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex design challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Pay: $80,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
